1-on-1 coaching might be just what you need. We will take a look at your needs and work on the movements that you struggle with. In one hour sessions we have plenty of time to improve your form and execution of certain exercises and prepare you for safe and independent future training sessions.
*The 1-on-1 sessions can be done online or in person if i’m close by at the time.
