What do we do with nutrition?
Sometimes small changes are all it takes to reach your goals, but sometimes you just need a drastic lifestyle change. During the free intake we will talk about what you need to reach your goals. Together we take a look at your daily and weekly food consumption and figure out where we can make (small) adjustments that fit your lifestyle and your needs to reach those goals.
I will teach you how to use a food tracker in order to get a better view on what you consume. You will get advice and information about how to make small adjustments in the meals you are already making for yourself, to align them better with your goals. No need to incorporate foods into your diet that you don’t enjoy or cut out your favourite snacks, because together we will design a meal plan that is the most sustainable for you. The best diet is the one that you can stick to in the long run!
