Vision and approach
I want you to appreciate the small improvements and focus on the things you DID do and not on the things you DIDN’T do.
My goal is to share with you what I have learned over the years, with the aim that eventually you won’t need coaching anymore to continue your fitness journey.

my name is silvio morit
My journey began at the age of 4, when I joined my local gymnastics club. I ended up doing gymnastics for the next 16 years. On and off I also tried out different sports such as karate, volleyball and table tennis. Until I found freerunning, which became a passion of mine. Later on, I worked as a freerunning instructor for about 5 years. This has really shaped my view on the importance of freedom through movement and the positive effect it has on people.
Besides that, I have been training Japanese jiu jitsu for the past 10 years and am now a second degree blackbelt and have earned the title of Dutch champion. My passion for martial arts didn’t stop there:
In 2018 I travelled to China to train full-time at Qufu Shaolin Kung Fu School. After training in traditional Shaolin kung fu, Chinese kickboxing (Sanda) and Tai chi for one full year, I earned rank 4 in the Shaolin Duan Wei ranking system at the Shaolin temple and won several gold medals in both national and international Wushu competitions.
Training under the 34th generation shaolin warrior monks has not only taught me a lot about discipline, hard work and dedication, but also about modesty and, most of all, the importance of always showing up.
In 2021 I travelled to Thailand for 4 months to train Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA at AKA Thailand.
For my Bachelor’s Degree I studied to be a Physical Education teacher. During my studies I also got certified as a personal trainer, sports masseur, trainer instructor and did my minor in medical fitness. I continued to work as a fitness trainer at a paramedical fitness center, where I gained a lot of experience in training people of all age groups and with different kinds of medical conditions.
With my job as a PE teacher I’ve learned a great deal about how to build up and change specific exercises to make them accessible for everyone. This translates well to my job as a coach and trainer for people of all fitness levels.
